Sapota

Sapota is also known as chikoo in many parts of India, is a tropical fruit native to southern Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. The fruit is highly prized for its sweet, grainy texture and rich flavor, which combines hints of brown sugar, pear, and malt. Sapota trees are also grown in many other tropical and subtropical regions, including India, the Philippines, and parts of Africa and Southeast Asia.
