Founded in 2015, Sivateja Godavari Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. has been silently heralding a revolution in the Real estate and Civil works sectors in the State. Under the stewardship of Mr. T. Nagraj, the Managing Director, the Company has carried out numerous civil construction projects in Irrigation, Roads, and Underground Drainage etc.
We executed end to end Drinking water supply projects including the sand dredging from the dam, construction of the reservoirs, laying the pipelines, pumping systems with all the electrical and mechanical systems and instrumentation.
We executed the development of Industrial Area providing the water supply, Industrial sheds and buildings on a turnkey basis.
Our passion is to create landmarks that stand tall in meeting Global Standards and we leave no stone unturned to create India’s finest developmental projects
DIVERSIFICATION
Putting together a team of experienced and qualified management personnel with the dedicated staff, who are always ready to meet the challenges that crop up, we are now diversifying into Import and Export sector of various products to the global markets to earn valuable foreign exchange for the country. With the Managing Director’s vast knowledge in Agricultural Sector one of the main sector in focus is going to be floriculture.
Baby step has been taken in this direction by starting a farming project in 80 acres of land in Yadaki in Andhra Pradesh to cultivate Floriculture, Sandalwood, Coconut as well as Fruit bearing trees with an aim of exporting the same to global destinations.

Backed by all the experience of our management team and augmented by adding relevant experts with requisite experience, we are happy to announce that we are diversifying our vision and entering into various sectors of Imports and Exports of products from India with an honorable intention of increasing the foreign exchange earnings of India. Mr. T. NAGRAJU, MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mr. T. Nagraj is the Managing Director of Sivatheja Godavari Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. His is a highly respected name in the Civil works and Real Estate Sectors. A self-made man, he began his journey as a sub-contractor, undertaking civil works from big infra companies. Successfully completing the assigned works, he grew in stature and started executing full-fledged civil works.
His self-belief backed by his stringent work ethic ensured the completion over 36 projects in the Civil works sector and 3 projects in the Real Estate Sector.
His knowledge and experience in the industry, thorough understanding of the ground realities and his hands on approach in guiding the teams under him, helped the company in delivering large scale complex projects that were taken up by the company to the utmost satisfaction of one and all.
His vast experience and skills in the technical and managerial fields came in good use in executing varied construction procedures involved in successful completion of Irrigation projects, National Highways, Bridges, Buildings, Underground Drainage, Water lines, Pumping systems, development of Industrial Areas with water, power and infrastructure of sheds etc., on a turnkey basis.
Under his leadership the company achieved significant milestones and growth and delivered large and complex projects within the agreed time lines. In a nutshell, he is an entrepreneur endowed with exemplary vision, clarity, leadership, management skills and vast knowledge in the Agriculture sector, he has decided to diversify into Import & Export of various products by forming a team of experts and management personnel to achieve the goal successfully. His passionate wish is to get into the floriculture among many other sectors.
